We build Innovation
Born out of the idea — exceptional construction can be efficient and uniquely intelligent; use only high quality materials, regardless of budget; and most importantly, exceed building standards at every level — our company was founded in 2015. With an engineering background and experience in Silicon Valley, Sriram Koneru has used the concept of economies of scale to build highly advanced homes with exceptional material quality without significant cost to the homeowner.
Our commitment as a company surrounds the following seven principles:
Build each structure as if it is our own home;
Integrate engineering into the design;
Incorporate building science into both the construction and the design;
Enhance the pace; exceptional project management allows us to complete extensive construction projects in as little as eight months, rather than the standard two years; while never sacrificing structural integrity;
Fuse Silicon Valley innovations into construction – from electric and HVAC, to security and entertainment, heated driveways, and more;
Integrate quality craftsmanship into all finishes; and
Proactively incorporate construction designs into historical, event-driven FEMA maps, making all waterfront construction more prepared for future weather events.
A Brief History (How we are flipping it around)
Historically, most homes in the US have been built in large communities with very little variance between each home. Today, every aspect of the home can be customized and precisely picked out from a virtually never-ending list of options. With this in mind, it is very important for a collaborative approach between everyone involved in the building process. Today’s building science and vastness of material selections has created an environment where the architect can no longer choose what is best for the home and simply hand it over to the builder to execute.

With diverse backgrounds in finance, building, science and innovation, technology, risk, communications, design and real estate, this crew packs a punch. We are a family first and business second. Every new client who we work with becomes part of our growing family. Our strength and success lie within our diverse personal and professional backgrounds. We are a cohesive and passionate team that use our individual strengths to cover all aspects of the home building process. With this collaborative effort, all aspects of the procedure move forward in a streamlined, methodical fashion.
Sriram Koneru
President
Sri is the founder of Westinghouse Development LLC. For the past 7 years, Sri has been working on making the world a better place by changing the way homes are built. Before that, he was the SVP of credit risk analytics governance for Citi Bank and also worked for a prominent Silicon Valley startup. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters degree is Financial Engineering from Columbia University. His specialty is building and inspiring innovative teams that always push the status-quo. Sri is a history buff and is constantly thinking about how to make the modern world better, faster, and more efficient. He enjoys spending quality time with his family which includes his wife and 2 sons.

Melissa Walsh
Operations & Design
Melissa is the head of operations and design team. She helps to drive our ship forward with her strategic high-level decision making and also with her fantastic design expertise. Melissa is an expert communicator and extremely detail-oriented which translates into relaxed clients. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family on the ski slopes and playing with her adorable Labradoodle, Gracie Mae.
Soikot Chatterjee
Head of Risk Management & Analytics
Soikot manages the regulatory and non-regulatory stress tests for the largest legal entities within a very large investment bank from the credit risk perspective. He also leads the development of risk methodology for key product areas including Over the Counter derivatives, Exchange Traded derivatives, margin forecasts & collateral. He has worked in some of the largest US centric and international investment banks.
Sreeram Katta
CTO
Sreeram establishes the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company‘s technology innovation development. Heavily focused on applying big data and artificial intelligence to the real estate data analytics arena. He has worked on wall street’s analytics desk for over 20 years and has extensive experience in software and management.
Ramesh Kommana
Building Science Lead
High-Performance Building Advisor and Passive Home Construction technical lead. As an engineer and Passive design operations leader, Ramesh is in charge of optimizing all major high-performance attributes, including energy conservation, environment, safety, security, durability, accessibility, cost-benefit, productivity, sustainability, functionality, and operational considerations.
